TERM & CONDITIONS
$500.00 Non-refundable deposit required per person within 10 days after reservation is made. If you are buying air fare from us you have to pay full balance within 15 days after reservation being made. If you pay the balance at a later date, we do not guarantee our price due to the currency exchange rate in countries we are working with.
Changing the departure date may be available up to 30 days prior to departure with an additional $250.00 USD per person plus any charges from the airlines may occur.
Late reservation fee of $50.00 will be assessed per reservation if you make a reservation within 30 days of your departure date.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS:
It is the clients’ responsibility to make sure they have valid passport and visas to enter their destination countries. ATI can provide visa services for our clients who are traveling to Turkey for an additional $90.00 per visa to obtain a Turkish Tourist visa; this includes the fee to the country, processing fee and mailing passport to client.
Usually each adult person is allowed 2 piece of luggage. Each luggage should not exceed 62 inches with weight no more than 50 lbs. and one carry on luggage that fits under your seat. These rules are changing frequently, you should check with the airline directly to find out latest condition of weight and allowance.
Tour participants who require any form of assistance must be accompanied by a helper who is capable of, and totally responsible for providing such assistance.
Trip cancellation, baggage, and personal accident insurance are available and strongly recommended. We recommend several reputable companies in this field..
The rates in this brochure are valid until December 31, 2010. Contact us directly to find out correct rates beyond this date.
NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE:
Excess baggage charges, room service charges, items are not in the itinerary, laundry, beverages, alcoholic beverages, items of a personal nature, airport departure taxes (except air tickets purchased from ATI). If your group wants documents mailed to each traveler individually beside the group leader then add $10.00 mailing fee per person.
TIPS & TAXES:
Prices do not include tips to Tour Conductor, Guides, and drivers. Local taxes and service charges usually included in the Trip price. Look at Price includes section of your Trip itinerary.
Final payment must be made 90 days before departure date. If you are buying air ticket from ATI, then you must pay entire balance within 15 days after your reservation. We do not guarantee any Tour price until we receive your full payment. At that time if there is a price increase then we will reflect on your final invoice. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS as form of payment. We accept checks, money order, wire transfer (there is a wire transfer fee of $40.00 per transfer), and cash as form of payment.
Due to the currency exchange fluctuation of countries we work with, we will make necessary price adjustments one week before departure date.
CANCELLATION & REFUND:
There is a $500.00 USD cancellation penalty up to 60 days prior to departure
regardless of reason. Between 60 days there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
There will be no refund made within 30 days prior to departure and/ or no
show. No refund will be made for the unused part of the tour. ATI reserves
the right to change itineraries in tours partially or wholly if necessary
without prior notice.
When you agree on the Tour itinerary and the price then you should send your deposit. Once you send your deposit then you agree on the Trip itinerary and the price.
The responsibility of ATI and/ or its agents is limited. ATI and its agents
act only as agents for passengers in regards to travel whether by air, railroad,
motor coach or any other conveyance and assumes no defect, through the acts
or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying members or in
carrying out the arrangements of this tour, or as a direct or indirect result
of acts of God, dangers incident in the sea, or air, fire, breakdown in
machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure
or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances,
strikes, riots, theft, filferage, epidemics, quarantines, terrorism, medical
or customs regulations or from any other causes. ATI can accept no responsibilities
for loss or additional expenses to members due to delay or changes in schedule.
Tour services included but no limited to guide services, hotel accommodations,
meals and other services furnished by third parties who are independent
and do not act for or on behalf of ATI and with whom ATI has no relationship
as joint venture or otherwise. Therefore ATI shall not be liable or responsible
in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising
our of, or in connection with such tour services, whether same shall be
the result of changes in hotel accommodations, food, baggage handling, tour
guiding or any other matter related thereto. All such losses or expenses
will have to be borne by the passengers. Each passenger waives any claim
against ATI for any delay, inconvenience or damage , loss of property or
baggage or injury to or deaths of persons due to the acts or omission of
said third parties. Any airline/ transportation company concerned is not
to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers
are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances. ATI further reserves the right
to change at any part of the itinerary, or the carrier, or the aircraft
utilized, or the hotel accommodations utilized, of any other. The prices
advertised in these itineraries are subject to change due to price increases
resulting from decreases in the purchasing power of the US dollar, gasoline
price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger may be required
to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.
Due to the currency exchange fluctuation of countries we work with, we
will make necessary price adjustments the time of the confirmation.
